POLICIES AT THE MELROSE EXPERIENCE

Helping To Prevent The Spread Of The Corona Virus

I know you guys are tired of this broken record but we have to adjust and prepare just in case! Although we aren't fully aware of this pandemic and how long things will last we have enforced a few policies to help things get alittle easier.

Scheduling: 

Gigi is still scheduling appointments! However, if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms you are urged to reschedule or cancel your appointment!


All deposits are non-refundable but we are extending our rescheduling period to 6 months instead of the traditional 90 days during this uncertain time.

All Wedding & Event cancelled due to the virus will receive a credit towards the rescheduling of your event up to 1 year from the original date scheduled. All payments are still due as scheduled.

Payments:

All payments shall be satisfied online only until further notice! Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay & PayPal payments shall be allowed during this time to decrease the chances of cross contamination!

Sanitation Efforts:

As always, I will continue to practice safe and sanitary conditions! Due to the pandemic however I will be upping my practices to further prevent contagion. 

Washing and sanitizing brushes prior to the start of service has always been a practice and will continue! In addition we shall be providing more disposable options to help with the spread of possible germs and bacteria! Any used implements that cannot be discarded will be placed in a clear ziplock bag away from any unused materials. Also, a deep cleaning and reset of station between clients will also be added to rid of any surface germs. Lastly, handwashing and sanitizer shall be done between all clients!
